Dr Gregor Donaldson

GP Partner Dr Donaldson joined the practice as a partner in 2004 and is a GPSI in ENT and Minor Surgery. He is the GP lead for prescribing and the Clinical Pharmacist Programme at the practice. Dr Donaldson leads on Strategy, Practice Development and Finance. He also has two external lead posts as a Director for South East Leeds GP Federation and the Medical Lead for Medicines Optimisation for Leeds GP Confederation.

Salaried GP Dr Riley joined the practice in August 2020, she was previously a GP Registrar at the practice.
Dr Ellen Oakhill

Dr Oakhill joined the practice in 2018 on the GP retainer scheme as a salaried GP when she moved from Birmingham and has over 10 years experience as a GP. She is a practice lead for quality improvement and has recently been involved in an Integrated Quality Improvement Programme with Leeds Community Healthcare and Cross Gates Primary Care Network looking at falls prevention pathways.

Senior Associate GP Dr Barrett joined the practice in 2014 and is a GPSI in contraception and is the GP lead for our Coil and Implant clinics. She has experience working in palliative care working in St Martins House Hospice. .

Julie Beer
Nurse Manager, Trainee Advanced Clinical Practioner RGN (1994) Dip Cytology, Dip Diabetes, Dip Asthma, Woman’s Health level 6, Mentor, Dip COPD, Dip Heart Failure and Minor Illness, Non-Medical Prescriber. Julie joined the Practice in 2006 and trained at Airedale General Hospital of School of Nursing. Julie is a trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner.
Julie Joined the practice as a practice nurse in 2006 and become a nurse prescriber and trained in minor illness and minor injuries. She is now training to be an Advanced Clinical Practitioner and leads on the Covid shielded patients and Covid vaccine clinics.. she is also part of the Cross Gates Primary Care network Leadership Team and East Leeds Collaborative. Julie set up the first Covid Secure flu drive through service in 2020 across 11 practices and coordinators the Student Nurse Placements at the practice as a Mentor.
Kate Moore
Senior Practice Nurse. RGN (1993) Dip in (Nursing) Healthcare (2012), Dip in General Practice, Dip Asthma, Dip COPD, Dip Diabetes mentor. Kate is also a non-medical prescriber.
Kate joined the practice in 2014 and is our Senior Practice Nurse. She is responsible for the Health Care Assistants within the team and is also a nurse mentor. Kate is the Nurse Lead for End of Life Care and Coordinates monthly MDT meetings between the practice, Leeds Community Healthcare and St Gemmas Hospice for our patients. Kate is also a Nurse Mentor for Student Nurses on placement.

Amy joined the Practice in August 2019 and previously worked at St James Hospital in Respiratory and Critical Care. She is currently undertaking her diabetes management and smear course. Amy works in the Covid vaccination clinics.

Andrea joined the Practice in 2002 and trained at Leeds University School or Healthcare. Andrea also works as the Clinical Director of Crossgates Primary Care Network and became a partner in practice in 2015.

Assistant Practice Manager NVQ Business Administration.
Laura joined the practice and initially worked in admin coding, secretarial and took on the role of Assistant Practice Manager after starting a Business Administration Level 3 NVQ. She is responsible operationally for the clinics, staff HR and Assisting the Managing Partner with the day to day running of the practice.

Amy joined the practice in 2016 as a business and admin apprentice. She initially worked as a prescription clerk and reception. She later trained in medical coding and secretarial duties as a Medical Administrator before recently starting a Digital Communications and Marketing Apprentice - Leeds City College in 2020. Amy is the practice lead for carers and is responsible for our website and social media communication. Level 2 Business Administration NVQ - Leeds City College

Joanne Scott

Joanne joined the practice as a receptionist before taking on the reception coordinator role. She has a Diploma in General Practice Administration and is responsible for the day to day running of the reception team. Joanne coordinators works closely with the duty doctor each day to manage patient enquiries. Joanne also supervises and trains new members of the receptionist.

Jayne joined the practice reception team in 2020 and works as a receptionist and the pharmacy team as a prescription clerk. She has experience working in the NHS cervical screening service and works in our Covid clinics as a marshal.

Holly initially joined the practice after a period of work experience in 2018. She has since trained as a junior office clerk and more recently reception duties. Holly has been involved in arranging Covid vaccine clinic appointments and supports them as both an administrator and marshal. She works part time whilst studying.

Hannah joined the practice in 2016 on the Clinical Pharmacist Programme. She is now one of the practice Senior Clinical Pharmacists and Mental Health Lead. Hannah, is currently completing a PG Credit in Mental Health and is responsible for managing the prescription clerk team.
