Dr Fox & Partners offers the following services for patients who have recently given birth , new born babies and patients who have delivered a stillborn or miscarried after 24 weeks of pregnancy. 

If you have any queries regard the services that we offer, please contact reception and your Manage Nurse Julie Beer, will be happy to help. 

It is important that you register baby at the practice at your earliest convenience, this will avoid disappointment when attempting to arrange the following appointments. To register baby you will need to complete a registration form at the Practice. Please ensure that you have baby's NHS number when completing the form, this can be found in baby's red book. 

Once you have registered baby at the practice, please arrange the following appointments:

• 6 week baby check - with GP, as well as, a 6 week postnatal check for the patient who has recently given birth. (Please allow at least 30-minutes for this appointment. Please bring baby's red book to this appointment.)
• Baby Immunisations - 8 Weeks. (Please arrange this appointment in advance and ensure that you bring baby's red book.)

Please note the nurse administering the immunisations will require parental consent, therefore if neither patients are able to attend please ensure that written consent is provided. 

Stillborn / Miscarried after 24 weeks 

Patients who have delivered a stillborn or miscarried after 24 weeks of pregnancy, please contact the surgery and arrange a postnatal check.
